Use your positive reviews to recruit new customers

appear in the search results of potential customers. This is especially
important for sites that feature glowing reviews you want to highlight.
- Link to positive reviews: When you get a really
good review, quote it on your website and link back to the original. Not
only will this drive your customers to positive reviews, it makes the
original reviews appear more prominently as well. Plus, loyal customers
who see positive reviews are more likely to be inspired to add their
own.
- Connect reviews with social media: Not sure what to
post on Twitter today? A positive review makes for a great social media
post: it promotes your business, draws attention to the review, and
makes your social media profiles more dynamic and active. Always provide
a link back to the original.
- Take it offline: If you have a few great reviews
you want to showcase, use them on your print materials, business cards,
banners, and signs. Displaying positive reviews prominently in your
place of business also helps to remind existing customers that they
should spend a few minutes to add their voice to the online
conversation.
